1.2 For each call you make to our 0871 numbers you will be charged at a rate of 10 per minute if calling from a standard BT landline. Calls made from other networks may vary. Calls made from mobile phones will be considerably higher, typically 25p – 41p per minute. Please see our Rates & Fees section for more information.

1.3 We reserve the right to reject any call made to or through FastBusinessInfo.co.uk, as we see fit, without giving any reason.

1.4 We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you make a call. 2.3 Should your complaint be upheld any refund due will be issued to you by first class post within 2 working days of our decision. Refunds will be made in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment.
